Objective:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager with proven experience in the AIDC (Automatic Identification & Data Capture) or Automation industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales across North India, with excellent communication skills, and a track record of building and managing successful partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and nurture existing channel partners across North India.
- Drive sales growth through effective partner engagement and support.
- Develop and execute channel strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Achieve revenue and growth targets through channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting accuracy.
- Negotiate and close deals with resellers, and system integrators.
- Expand market presence in North India by leveraging channel networks.
- Provide training, product knowledge, and sales enablement support.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–6 years of proven experience in channel sales within AIDC / Automation industry.
- Strong understanding of barcode scanners, mobile computers, label printers, and automation solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing channel partners across North India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
