Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and online platforms.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead qualification to closure.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking pipeline progress and client interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound leads and execute outbound campaigns.
- Follow up diligently on leads and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B software sales, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or billing systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both verbal and written.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language(e.g., Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam).
- Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Ability to quickly understand technical products and explain them clearly.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and organized.
