Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and objectives. Collaborate with the Sales Head to align regional goals with overall organizational strategies.

· Territory Management: Manage a designated sales territory, including customer segmentation, identifying target prospects, and creating a territory plan to maximize market coverage and sales opportunities.

· Prospecting and Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers within the region. Conduct market research, explore business opportunities, and build relationships with key stakeholders to promote AIDC and Industrial Printers.

· Account Management: Cultivate and grow existing customer accounts by understanding their business needs and providing tailored AIDC and Industrial solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.

· Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales performance. Analyse sales data, recognize trends, and offer actionable insights to guide decision-making and refine sales strategies.

· Channel Partner Management: Oversee relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers. Collaborate with partners on sales and marketing initiatives, providing necessary training and support to drive revenue growth.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in marketing, product management, and customer support to ensure seamless sales processes. Assist in the development of sales collateral, resolve customer issues, and stay updated on product developments.

· Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscapes, industry trends, and developments within the AIDC and Industrial Printers sectors. Gather market intelligence to identify opportunities for sales strategies and product innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Experience: 3-8 years in IT/Technology Sales, preferably to end customers.

· Education: Any Graduate.

· Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of AIDC, Industrial Printers, or similar technologies is an advantage.

· Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) in English and the regional language.

· Experience in Channel Sales: Proven track record in managing channel partners and resellers.

· Customer Relationship Management: Strong customer-facing and account management skills, with experience in business development.

· IT and Hardware Sales: Experience in selling IT solutions and hardware products is mandatory.
